Savannah, GA

I work on a a team of 25 national new business field sales executives and I am based in South Florida. Being out in the field gets a little lonely because my peers are scattered across the country so we don’t really get to see each other on a day to day basis but we do have periodic regional sales meetings where we meet for a few days to train, exchange ideas and spend quality time with each other. This summer, our South Regional Sales Team met in Savannah, Georgia for our mid year meeting.

Savannah is such a historic coastal small town filled with Ghost stories and charming historic sites. Since our days were spent in a conference room from 8am to 5pm and nights in team dinners, I didn’t get much of a chance to explore the city. Our boss did put together a scavenger hunt with historic sites we needed to take selfies at for points so that was a great opportunity to put our competitive edge to play while getting a chance to see some of the city’s iconic landmarks.

Traveling and exploring new cities is so fun and therapeutic to me. I love learning about history and different cultures. It stimulates my mind and wakes up my soul. #TravelTherapy #GlowUp
