A protein rich version of the Italian classic Caprese that provides sweet, sour and savory fireworks with every bite. Simple, fast, elegant, delicious!
- 2 Chicken Filets
- 1 Beef Steak Tomato, Sliced
- 2 Burrata Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze
- 1 Avocado, halved
- 2 bunches Basil Leaves
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- Marinade Chicken Filets in Italian Seasoning (I like to use good ol’ Italian dressing) for about 15 minutes in the fridge. Sautee’ each chicken filet until done
- Place Chicken Filet down first, stack avocado, tomato and burrata on top. Sprinkle chopped basil leaves to desired amount. Drizzle 1 tbsp balsamic glaze on top of stack.
- Serve with chilled Italian salad and enjoy!!!
