Chicken Caprese

A protein rich version of the Italian classic Caprese that provides sweet, sour and savory fireworks with every bite. Simple, fast, elegant, delicious!

Chicken Caprese


  • 2 Chicken Filets
  • 1 Beef Steak Tomato, Sliced
  • 2 Burrata Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 Avocado, halved
  • 2 bunches Basil Leaves
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning


  1. Marinade Chicken Filets in Italian Seasoning (I like to use good ol’ Italian dressing) for about 15 minutes in the fridge. Sautee’ each chicken filet until done
  2. Place Chicken Filet down first, stack avocado, tomato and burrata on top. Sprinkle chopped basil leaves to desired amount. Drizzle 1 tbsp balsamic glaze on top of stack.
  3. Serve with chilled Italian salad and enjoy!!!
